Some quick notes, guidelines, rules, blah blah....
1) This is a discussion thread for all things Tolkien. You can post essays, talk about you're favorite character, argue a point about Elvish grammar, post artwork, set up polls, etc. You get the idea
Celebrate the joy you find in Tolkien, or debate it here with others, just remember to be kind.
2) Please do not bring the famous Balrog 'wingless or not?' discussion in here. You're right, it is Tolkien related but it's also related to fan sites. If you're terribly interested in it, go join a site that does stuff like that.
3) Have fun. That's an order.
